Boy Howdy, I sure didn't expect to create such a stir! Robert Pratt is listed as a member of ITKG's BOD in the last 10Q. I didn't make it up. Why would someone take exception to what is in the last 10Q? It is there. What are you arfraid of?

A call to IR essentially revealed the same thing. To say his name showed up in the 10Q only told half the story -- thanks for sharing the other half.

Could you please post a link to the filing, and more particularly, to the associated date (showing it to be related to their articles of incorporation)? That will put this issue to rest and there will be no use in belaboring it any further. The readers can then reach their own conclusions as to the motivation behind each post. Case closed.

My apologies to the board. After reading the follow up posts, I was too hasty in my supposition that Robert Pratt is currently on ITKG's BOD. I have read many of ITKG's SEC filings and had never seen Pratt's name come up in the last few years. So, once again, I apologize.
