Robert Pratt, et al....

Again, it appears that the principal fly in the ointment on this board has resorted to half-truths, not-too-subtle (or clever) innuendo and cheap tricks to cast aspersions on Integral Technologies. Why?

In an attempt to generate confusion and doubt, it has been alledged that Integral Technologies has included as a member of its board of directors one Robert Pratt. Moreover, according to this individual--who suggests that others should be wise before the fact, not after--the appointment of Mr. Pratt was done without so much as a public announcement. If true (IF being the operative phrase), it would appear that corporate governance and fair and prompt disclosure have been tossed out the window by this company.

But hang on, folks! IHubbers are far too sophisticated to believe that bunk! They know that such an appointment, without full public disclosure and a vote of the shareholders, would contravene the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOx) Act. Also, IHubbers know that SOx is a righteous club in the hands of the SEC. Moreover, I KNOW that IHubbers, who have seen this company follow every SEC reporting requirement to date, would not be guilty of such a self-defeating, mindless act at this stage of it's maturation.

That being the case, what is the purpose of posting ten-year old information and treating it as if it were a recent event?

Yes, folks. You heard it right! Buried in the referenced SEC filing is a recap of Integral Technologies' Articles of Incorporation listing Robert Pratt as one of the initial directors. What the poster failed to note is the date, 12 February 1996, of those Articles of Incorporation. Yes, folks, the Pratt information is ten years old!! Pratt was, very briefly, but is no longer, in a directorial position with this company. Period.

So, ask yourselves: What is the purpose of repackaging old wine in new bottles, if not for the purpose to dissemble, disrupt, disorient, and dissuade?

The author of the Robert Pratt nonstarter has himself suffered a (pardon the pun) pratfall! This board deserves an apology, if he has the guts!
