As mentioned previously home health care service company acquisition is on hold due to regulation changes but other acquisition of similar healthcare company with licenses in 50 states is still active and this financing deal could be for that.

These are one of the same! There are no acquisitions on the table! They took them all off and acted like they never had acquisition possibilities that included all licenses. According to Armen, they do not need to pursue acquisitions with all license possibilities and it was never a goal.

Misinformation cannot be used at the leisure. This bit of information was not accepted as being true before, but now is being used to the advantage of others?

They had 3 acquisition targets TOTAL.

They removed all 3 acquisition targets due to "home health care service regulation"!!!

These were the SAME 3 that they spoke about at the conferences as being possible license grabs!
