I am guessing the funds will be used for acquisitions. I think the financing is the result investors conference back in June and they are waiting for favorable terms so far. As mentioned previously home health care service company acquisition is on hold due to regulation changes but other acquisition of similar healthcare company with licenses in 50 states is still active and this financing deal could be for that. Next 2 weeks will be very interesting.
