The patents being infringed are for the out-of-band two-factor authentication which are a part of the ProtectID software. The software (and patents) under contract with ACS to purchase are GuardedID and MobileTrust. Neither of which are involved in the current three lawsuits or the past lawsuit against Microsoft. Those products are simply keyboard encryption software. I believe part of the contract with ACS involves them being able to retain distribution rights of those products, but no idea what kind of percentage they will receive off their sales since I'd imagine they will no longer receive the full amount.

From what I read in this board, both ACS and strikeforce own the patents. After the selling, strikeforce does not lose the patents. I remember Somebody posted about this issue multiple times. I also saw people post Kay's response to this question. I might be wrong. Waiting for those who know for sure to talk about this issue

$SFOR Read this email from Mark Kay from 06/16 for answers:

$9m is coming to $SFOR now

Our 3 products ProtectID, GuardedID and MobileTrust are doing well and we have patents of ProtectID and Guardedid. The ProtectID patents already won their first lawsuit and shortly going after 3 more decent size ones. Our GuardedID was sold to ACS (see an 8k we put out last October) for $9m. They have until Sept 2020 to pay it, but must at this point. It also includes GuardedID and MobileTrust, for which StrikeForce is a perpetual seller of.

All the products, especially GuardedID and MobileTrust are being set up to sell through ACS to very large firms that have already agreed to buy them and working on the details that I can’t mention or discuss since we are public, other then GuardedID is an EPO client of McAfee which has many interested clients that they all will sell, etc.

ProtectID remains ours and is being sold to some sizeable companies, such as the Blank Rome lawyers (a few 1,000) and more since they were scared by the Chinese.

The problems of Cyber Security keep on growing and our reach is now much greater through our Channel, which is how we sell.
Hope this helps,
Thanks
Mark
