No the company does not control NO BID.

Here is a board that has information that you might want.

It is in the Intro, so be sure to have "show Intro" selected at the top of the board. (at the top, on the right)

When there's no bid it means no one is bidding to buy EVTI. Basically there is currently no one there to sell to.

One of the largest contributing factors to EVTI's no-bid status is the multi-millions that have been diluted from block positions.

Hope this helps.

The company indirectly controls the price to no bid, by not providing financial filings on time and audited, by diluting their stock with stock finance deals at discounted prices.

Mainly the share price is driven by the shareholders, buy and sell orders. Currently there are no shares at .0001 because so many holders want to sell at .0001.

That doesn't mean that market opinion won't change if new developments occur, better news, company filings show good progress, shareholders and market makers will set the prices as more and more inventory is bought or sold and who wants it what prices.

It really is the shareholder orders from their brokers through the market makers you see on L2 and your sales advice that set price at this level.

Also, when you see a no bid stock that sells hundreds of millions and still has No Bid status. .. STAY AWAY FROM BUYING chances are the stock is ready to go into Reverse Split of shares status and whoever can't sell their shares will lose when the stock splits and now you own 100,000 shares instead of the million you bought. Chances are the stock price will go over the cliff and your money LOST in the panic.
