14 He's not supposed to just not show up and

This is what was filed by Kyle/Craig.

Well Kyle didn't just not show up. He filed his "no show" in the legal portal. Volentine had his wrong email address in it so they didn't get it.

So again that means Mr.Kidd was just waiting and waiting for Huffman and Kyle to show up. Oh he must have been mad. Lol.

Then Kidd was exclaiming to the judge well we exchanged emails before. That is when the judge said interrupt me again and i will have you removed.lol

Then the judge said Huffman was right and Volentine had a incorrect email address on file. (I wonder if Huffman knew that but was playing a lawyer game) lol

I know its a lot of pages and a person has to read all of it to put together the whole story.

The conclusion again is simple

Kyle and Huffman "no showed'

Mr. Kidd was pissed

Huffman filed correctly in the legal portal

Judge agreed with Huffman

Mr. Kennedy is happy about being deposed!

Volentine is happy about being deposed?

Judge almost removed Mr. Kidd from courtroom

Huffman won once again.
