I told everyone here the deal is already done with BMY....

It will not be announced till after the FDA say enrollment may commence...

There's upfront money too .... I have no idea how much.

Signed in March will take four months to have trial sites up and trained...

Last I heard TBA as soon as the FDA says go...

Although I tend to be skeptical about predictions for timing, every indication given by how the company has acted (or stated publicly) is evidence to me that they're expecting some form of approval for DCVAX and/or some type of joint venture with Big Pharma. The frustration is how slowly the FDA is moving and the level uncertainty this is creating.

I agree with you, from what I know a deal is done . Glad to hear that there may be up front money and hope it is anounced pretty soon. Thx Chris
