The "development stage company" excuse for not implementing sold business does not work for me nor the shareholders as reflected in the share price.

The list is long of PR business that never materialized. The list is long of Ed saying business was about to occur any day (Africa, VX Gateway, Sionic, the Utah credit union, MJ pay, and many others) that never materialized.

Ed obviously is making misleading statements when he says we are weeks away (or days away) from business that never happens.

Question: how many times does Ed have to be wrong about the implementation of business before you realize he is lying? 5 times? 10 times? At a certain point you must conceed Ed is lying about the company's ability to deliver a product.

I have only one recommendation, to read all the past PRs of MYEC, and all the disappeared posts of the CEO in his FB.... haha
