I hold very different perceptions of the CEO, and MEC's products and processes. This is a development stage company under the JOBS Act. Some information can be kept confidential under this Act. Therefore, it's best to not draw conclusions without understanding all of the details--public or private.

Like all startups, MEC needs time and money to grow and reach their goals. I understand business, IT projects, human resource issues, and finance. I see plenty of growing pains whether deserved or not deserved. To me, this is business as usual for a startup.

I recommend learning about the company's full product line rather than focus on a beta release of the eMobile app. eMobile will have its day in the limelight.

I also recommend not taking sides regarding the Rodriguez involuntary termination, or any involuntary termination for that matter. It's easy for me, an outsider who has never spoken to a company employee, past or present, to see justification for firing him. I read the tweets in the firestorm he launched while communicating with shareholders, outside of his authority. Seems to me he was a bit full of himself. I am very happy he was fired.

The Itonis moron that libeled Ed on Facebook removed that post. It was false. Itonis has enough issues with their bloated old-school management team sucking shares without proving their worth.

My final recommendation is one I gave previously. Read everything there is to read about this company, watch the videos, and follow the company and Seergate on their social media accounts.
