That is correct, and actually some outerwebz people

actually asked essentially the same question (obviously softened for the audience) and those posts were instantly deleted.

You know certain places are pumper scams when simple, black and white, no spin possible basic math inquires get deleted.

Nott only that, butt the letter is silent that the RS did NOTT reverse split the SUPERVOTING Series A CONvertible preferred shares, so:

the current 6,000,000 SUPERVOTING CONvertible preferred shares is effectively

150,600,000 shares on a PRE-SPLIT basis.

Those shares are now CONvertible into 25.1 times as much of the total equity that they were BEFORE the COMMON STOCK-ONLY REVERSE SPLIT.

The default for a reverse split is that ALL classes of stock gett reverse split the same, BUTT DaFoleyCrimeFambly affirmatively decided NOTT to lett the normal process occur, instead exempting the SUPERVOTING CONvertible preferred shares from the RS.

Making them redeemable for 25.1 more of the common as a percentage of the total OS than before the RS.

So, let's be clear - the reverse split did EXACTLY the same thing as if instead of doing the reverse split, the company would have:

RAISED the common stock AS to 12.5 BILLION

and

ISSUED 144,600,000 MORE SUPERVOTING CONvertible preferred shares to DaFoleyCrimeFambly.

It is EXACTLY the same, mathematically.

No spin, no way to spin it - it is simple, undeniable arithmetic.

And it is just another FoleyCrimeFambly heist.
