So let's get this straight they do a reverse split which by definition would reduce the A/S by 25.1 but in fact they actually increased whereby it should have been around 80 million after the R/S and now it's 500,000,000 effectively changing it pre-split to 13 billion but they're plugging it as a reduction of 75% and they fooled the outerweb.
