But immediately when "settlement" comes to mind so does "buyout" and "takeover"


The interesting part is a LARGE company (SINGAPORE) is invested 780mil without being able to make a single profit... so there is much more incentive to BUYOUT or TAKEOVER rather than settle.

Because BUYOUT is going to afford them a chance to recover "loses" they have ALREADY incurred through re-establishing patent infringements if they BUYOUT or TAKEOVER before CENTRIFY courts finish.

This means CENTRIFY will also have incentive to DISALLOW singapore from BUYING out or TAKING over.

They are both in the hot seat.... but the fact Singapore is already invested at a huge LOSS it lights a FIRE under their rears.

Singapore is going to pay way too much for absolutely NOTHING if they dont pursue this... or go BALLS to the wall to try and WIN.

and 4x 780 (plus court costs) is a HUUUUGE risk for absolutely nothing
