Hype trains are hard to predict; rather, I'd set a % goal on your initial investment (say, 40% from .014), let it hit those points, sell, and just be happy rather than greedy.
Now, you might miss out on the big run; if you really want to gamble for it, then wait for .03+. I personally think the risk is far too high, but to each their own.
