Did you read Docket 806 from the United States Trustee that objected to the proposed employee retention plan? It was brutal and made SUNE look silly with their request. The Trustee arguments were very solid and most likely will result in the judge denying the retention plan or forcing SUNE to provide an updated plan that answers all of the Trustee concerns.
Sun Edison's continued lack of transparency is going to bite them in the butt very soon.
