It appears to me based on vlf's conversation with Wiley regarding the release of revenue data next week it's more than likely that the audit will be completed by then (thus the estimate of mid-August.)
I'm assuming that the audit has been ongoing and that this PR is just a SNAFU. Either that or they're auditing 4 years of financials in a week.
Either way we're holding the 3's- that's a good thing going into the big news;-)
