my belief is the audit has been ongoing. Sizer said we could expect it to finish around the end of August. I think were just getting a PR about it now, but the MEga news he couldnt comment on with VLf will likely be its results when its over...jmo I think now that wiley is in control he felt it necessary to atleast put out a Pr about it unlike Sizer,

Regarding the company financials; I'm sure your very aware that it is highly inappropriate to discuss financials while a company is in tha middle of an audit. As soon as the audit is complete the company will be submitting an application to be listed on the OTC QX. That should take about 90 days. I hope that answers your questions.

Also, now is the wrong time to be cynical regarding the company's prospects; because the company has just turned a very significant corner and near future press releases will show that. So stay tuned!
