Rebranding in this case is not good. It doesn't have anything to do with whether it's 'working'. The fact is they infringed on another companies app and, although they tried to buy themselves out of it, the other company was asking for more than they were willing to give up ( the one thing that 1-eyed-jack was right about). Thus, they have to rebrand so they don't get sued for infringement. Let's be real here, guys. The company royally screwed the pooch. Not a good indication of a well managed company.
