ESCU resubmitted its S1 a couple of weeks ago and is waiting to hear from the SEC. This is ESCU's fourth submission.

What happened to speculation that Escue Energy would have it's S-1 approved in October 2015?

It's almost August 2016 and Escue has submitted 4 times?

I wonder if Gary F Kimmons is getting antsy for a SEC approval? Is he still sitting on unsold eDoorways shares?
