I guess that would be dependent on your definition of fundamental.....is fully enrolling fundamental to completing a trial? Is a screening halt fundamental to a trial? Is funding fundamental to a trial? Is an investigation into wrong doing fundamental in an investment? I would say yes they all are. But sorry, of course because you believe nothing fundamental has changed, it hasn't right?
