Re :the anticipated drilling start period of spring 2007...how long does it take to set up the equipment,and the base for living for the employees?

This would presuppose that if it is to be a drill ship or the like as opposed to an in-place built fixed platform ,it is promised to be available a month prior to that anticipated start date.Namely January 2007.

It sure would be fog lifting to know how many drilling ships there are that currently exist in the world.

Dam,spring 2007(this is NOT the STP or Nigerian government where delays are the norm) is a mere 6 months away.
