Mark, What if.....the deals from Oily's post, actually referred to all the companies sharing the cost (plus premium to the original contrator) of that rig which is available in early 07.
what if.... they all realize that the extend of the oil fields straddles many blocks therefore to prove the extend they must drill in all the blocks....hence the cooperation drill deal.
what if.... for the next few years the drill ship went from block to bloc to assess reserves .... for all blocks.
If those what ifs could occur..... our ship would have sailed in.
