My Take on the 3rd party lab that was working on the battery in Oregon.

We can never be sure which company was working on this for NEAH, however these guys seem to fit the services that NEAH would have needed with no employees at the end of last year.

If they actually have a battery that performs as they say, that is what will save this company and nothing else. The market is not there for fuel cells, but it is certainly there for batteries.

They do not analyzing the economical feasibility or market potential of battery designs...just technical capabilities. Exciting as they may be?

I have never seen shareholders so adamant to celebrate the demise of a company they supposedly have shares in.

I have complained about D'Coutos' lack of transparency but never wanted the co to fail as it cements my loss, nobody really wants that, do they ?

Maybe he can't sell Fuel Cells to somebody who can buy a diesel or gas generator, or carry extra batteries.

However, the guys who buy diesel generators also have to buy batteries as "isolation" and "backup" and guys who buy batteries already would gladly buy one that lasts longer then the standard.

Hopefully D'Couto is on a positive roll with the battery strategy.
