GAK, no one knows when the SHM is. It was scheduled for August 4th but has been delayed indefinitly until the SEC has approved Wave's filings. Who knows when that will be.

As for news, we've got none, but are expecting some as always. But we may not get any before SHM. IMO we definitly won't, but for SKS's sake, I hope he can at least put out some fluff to sooth the tempers and dissapointment that is growing amoung long time shareholders.

GAK, I'm glad you brought up the SHM. In talks with SKS last night he said that they will not print the proxy until the SEC releases the paper work back to them. The guy that was reviewing it was out last Thursday and Friday. They hope to have it today so that they can print the proxy (they do not want to have to print it twice) and have the meeting on August 4th. If is delayed there is nothing Wave can do about it.

By the way, Wave has not recieved any delisting notice. All Wave has to do is close above a buck for 10 days the clock has to start all over again. Maybe we will get some news that will help that soon.

SKS said they can not control the stock price. If news comes out and the stock price does not move, there is nothing they can do to make it happen. They are keeping their noses to the grind stone and just want to make sure Wave is successful. The stock price will take care of itself with success.
