Interesting. Seems with new rulres written, and money so diluted, the stock Market could in fact no longer be considered over valued, as value has been diluted by all the money printing. The Market sideways for two years can in fact be seen as consolidation, if not a minor Bear, with a new Bull Market about to take off.
