I would suggest the movie THE BIG SHORT.
It explains all the BS.

Not in stock you will not, only physical assets will maintain trade ability and value.

Would BAA hold value as a stock, if this were to occur?

The curious part of your theory is that: in that catastrophic collapse to which you refer, where you make a lot of money, I thought there is no more money.

Bail " ins" and the end of "cash" is their next move. They have already rewritten the laws. It will be the same that happened to depositors in Greece. Once you deposit money into a bank account, it is no longer yours. You are now an investor of that bank. You have been "bailed in"

The 'collapse' has been 'imminent' for decades now. Hasn't happened so far. The world keeps turning. it will this time. and the poor will get poorer as always. but no 'collapse'. remember, during the great depression, well over 7 in 10 still had their jobs. 10 years ago it was more.
While I do listen to a number of doomsayers (Rickards, Schiff, etc.) I do remember that they are trying to sell products.
but the turmoil is part why I am in banro.
oh, and with all due respect, 15 years of experience will not do much to educate us.
