If you go back to last year's cc he said he wanted to be uplisted in early 2016. That has since changed to a 3 year window. He does not wish to invest his time or money in an uplist as a buyout is the way they plan to go. One person's opinion.
Gee must explain Nasrat claiming 2016 Nasdaq originally to now moving to 2-3 years till the Nasdaq.....he knows the buyout is coming.......he isn't worried about the Nasdaq.......he's already been given two buyout offers previously. Notice the lack of question mark.
