I agree that keeping up with the latest models would be integral to the Saleen brand. Look, we're not selling off the shelf Honda Civics here. A Saleen vehicle is a discretionary spend and when someone is purposefully plunking down extra $ to enjoy their ride - splurging for a prior model is NOT the sell.

While not ideal to the bottom-line - it's a reality of the automotive marketplace, the adage of innovate or die applies here. There will be those who enjoy the previous version - by all means continue to sell to the purist (I probably fall in this category myself). There are those who MUST have the latest ride, let's serve them just as vigorously.
