They might give a figure for the low ceiling price

but if the market price goes below the ceiling price, the scam company typically will adjust the ceiling price to conform.

and why would this happen?

because this is what scam companies do!

I would like to ask one of the moderators to look at the last 8k for FDBL. They have had several 8k's with the same wording. It looks to me to be toxic financing at it's finest. They put in their 8k "50% of the lowest closing price for the previous 20 days (subject to a .004 ceiling price). So I ask, is Coventry getting their shares for .004 or are they actually getting them for .002? I don't play pinks, I learned my lesson. Just curious, if anyone's interested.
