He has stated he will not sell the company cheap at all. Even .05 may not be a consideration. It has been posted here before from his own interviews and emails.
I don't think Mark Kay would sell out on the cheap.
I'm sure I have far less insight than others, but it seems that all 3 lawsuits would have to get settled before anyone buys them out; otherwise, the company that acquired them would have to pursue the outstanding litigation with their own resources?
