I don't like waiting for a year and a half for a final determination. Even when we win we will have lost too many opportunities from companies that are WAITING for the result.

...and sometimes, strange things happen in court and you don't win.

...and even if you win it doesn't stop a GOOGLE or MSFT from challenging you all over again.

I'm a lover, not a fighter---let's settle this thing and move on.
