Months ago I suggested that Scanbuy could effectively be a Shill
for NEOM. Getting a postive timely Court rulings against Scanbuy has a definitely higher probability than battling for the same against a Google/MicroSoft/Yahoo. I hope for no settlement, rather a clear, broad enough, definition of NEOM patents to rock our PPS. Scanbuy could have earned a sweet deal with NEOM if this works to establish a solid foundation for NEOM's significant market share of Mobile Marketing.
