I think you are right. I've watched (and participated) as this thing does nothing but cycle through reverse split after reverse split, each time diluting my shares down to worth nothing. Unfortunately, I got caught on this one. What doesn't make sense to me is the fact that he has John Deere rights and such to make songs and books (that appears NO ONE buys). It's an awful big production to scam out this stuff because there IS content (it just appears to be crap that no one wants, but still requires a pretty big level of effort). So...with that said, how does John Deere license themselves out to some shell company like this? Do they just take the money they are paid and move on, or doesn't anyone at John Deere think that licensing to a company that does this to their investors could ultimately look bad on John Deere, too?
