Perhaps , but it looks like he is getting bombarded on all sides on twitter right now and some is obviously pretty hostile fire. Definitely a tool that works both ways.
Only thing that will appease the negative sentiment is actual filings and releases not Tweets. 10% swings between the bid and the ask is not a healthy market
