Reminder, the restricted stock Kimmons received in 2014 for the $728K accrued compensation was returned to the company in April, 2015. The net for Kimmons is zero.

There isn't any information to prove whatsoever to prove that Kimmons returned any stock via a SEC Filing in 2015.

Please provide the link to the SEC 8K Material Event filing or any SEC Filing Gary F Kimmons would've filed stating he returned shares in 2015. IT CANNOT BE DONE lolllllz

If the public were to ask Gary F Kimmons why he didn't file a 8K...IMO he probably would've rambled on and on and on using time buying silly excuses as to why he didn't file. Followed by IMO more rambling from him without answering via a SEC Filing probably followed by some long winded long worded answers instead of proof....IMO.
