Very interesting read, this could be why he has not done anything with the share structure. Lawyer fees could be costly if any of the cases suits are lost. Keep that nine million on the back burner until all the suits are settled.

Boy, looked up Trustwave Holdings and wondered if that Annabel Lewis (Legal Counsel) got sacked over that. lol.

Duo Security should be a cakewalk (see their profile; click on "about" and scroll down).

Centrify actually lists Microsoft as one of their customers (probably not anymore). They'll fold quickly as well. (see management).
