The federal court system has a website called "PACER."

That website provides a case history relative to all federal court cases.

The Dekle case is currently situated in U. S. federal Court, in the Middle District of Florida, in Orlando.

If and/or when that case is concluded, GDSI would most likely have to file a Form 8K with the SEC in that regard.
