I'm not sure how enthusiastic to be that gdsi rescinded their complaint from this case in the hopes that the parties could part ways amicably.
Gdsi is the defendant in this case which is alleging securities fraud, misrepresentation etc. gdsi's "complaint" seems immaterial comparatively.
Granted I am not a lawyer and judicial documents are hard to come by for this case, so don't read too much into my musings.
The nacsv deal was executed w minimal cost to gdsi due to payment in gdsi stock (which subsequently declined as we all know ;) . Dekle et al are some suckers, I gotta say Sully pulled off very favorable, if not predatory terms here.
