Those are interesting points. There's no argument from me that the screening halt in August slipped up on them... and someone, IMO, should have foreseen that. Perhaps that would be Meghan Swardstrom.
We all make mistakes... some costly ones. I'm sure you remember my role (mistake) in that as you pointed it out to me umpteen times. :)
