There are too many letters in the Ticker Symbol for this to be an NYSE stock. It was delisted. It's a stinky pinkie now.

It's not a $7 stock. The books are not cooked. They're done in the way GAAP requires them to be done. That does not always result in an accurate valuation, but it's a consistent methodology.

The most likely outcome is bankruptcy
