I heard the extra time was Platinum related. More eyes on the deal than normal and extra scrutiny due to the sensitive issues Platinum is dealing with. This required additional time. But, this week is still looking good.

I agree it makes no sense whatsoever for IMSC, NOT to mention any L3 dist. agreement. In fact, if there weren't some behind the scenes motive for not doing so, you would think they would shout it from the rooftops. No doubt about that.

I agree Ted there could be some back and forth going on with L3 and other interested buyers for IMSC. I also wonder how Platinum's recent misfortunes may have played into going back to the table for updated negotiations?

I'm pretty sure of one thing, there was no deal finalized by June 30th and may not still be done as of today.
