I don't know who gets more tired, those coming up with seemingly endless false--however somewhat possibly positive--explanations for what is going on, or those who read and correct them.
If the DCVax L P3 has been deemed by FDA to not be A&WC and if this is the reason for the hold, the trial is in immense trouble. It would be one thing if it just started enrolling but no, they have over 300 of the 348 patients randomized. If all that was done while the study was NOT A&WC, do you see something bad about that? Yes of course it would be horrible, because it would mean all that data is now uninterpretable, and so a complete redesign and hundreds more patients needed to enroll under it would have to be implemented. Whether that's because the 300 were treated with a mix of differently manufactured and so non-standardized experimental treatments, or for some other reason, it's crushed. That's what's sadly funny about your faux pas.
