Good to have your input. I have yet to see any literature on long term tolerance issues of S1 receptor activators in general, which is a good sign too. Long term SE's will hopefully be ruled out in our Part B. The mouse models have been hit and miss on CNS pathologies, particularly AD. July 27 reveal is crucial. Fingers crossed!
