But let me assure you, your discouragement with stock investing has little to do with stocks and more to do with how you are picking which stocks to invest in. I encourage you to research everything you can about value investing and learn the mathematics behind picking a winning company. A self made man that is willing to put in the time and effort, such as yourself, will find far greater success in investing than any arrogant minded college grad that is unable to be taught anything.
