That is so true he is selling $0.00 value assets to himself for hundreds of millions of shares that he has yet to issue and why is that?

Two reasons, 1) by not issuing the shares he can not close the deal and try to pump his next one with the same asset or 2) he never paid he TA so he can't issue the shares.

This is up to each shareholder to decide, in the end the shareholders no nothing about WOGI, or WOGI SAA, or how much WOGI NA owns of it.

My guess is since the financials and pr are only posted on WOGIs website without any independent oversight the company should be halted until the shareholders know what is going on.

I think that is in the publics interest.
