Haven't you heard? "Nathan personally owns everything," according to this post:

If that is true, none of this matters to shareholders. Nathan will profit from any of his (mis)(ad)ventures that turns out to be profitable, and WOGI shareholders will not. Who cares where he is or with whom he might or might not be speaking?

But, if true, that "Nathan personally owns everything," why is Nathan in the publicly traded company business at all if he is self-funded and "personally owns everything"?
