I agree about the share structure, 2.2B shares is way too many for such a small company. nothing happened this past week to move share price - it will only happen when revenue happens. law suits, no matter what the odds of winning, are crap shoots, in the end, and can take a long time. appearing on store shelves is nice, but it's going to take sales numbers. overall, I think the expectations of many here are not realistic.
Totally understand. CEO's everywhere on earth would do well do be more in touch with what they put their stockholders through... One you might look at... UQM. A old tortoise, but a faithful one.
