Labor Smart could have paid out the cash equivalent of the shares and Prometheus would have been just as happy.

There's nothing greedy about asking for what was promised.

And if you call a contractual agreement a loophole, maybe you should have told your beloved CEO that he should change his mind in light of new facts?

That isn't true. I never thought it was Schadel's responsibility to vet whether or not Prometheus was a accredited investor - I always thought it would be the responsibility of Tailwind since they knew the terms and conditions of the note - why would they sale part of the note if Prometheus was accredited.

Here is exactly what happened - Schadel being the weasel he is - tried to screw over Prometheus - thinking they would just lay down and not try to collect.

Then Schadel doing his tough guy act on Twitter - more keyboard muscles and beating his chest about Prometheus and then he starts with the person attacks against SM - which was really uncalled for - but typical Schadel. He was doing it for pumping purposes only.

What he didn't understand that SM would dig in his heels and not roll over. Now Schadel is getting his head cracked in court. All over a $15k note - and that is why Schadel is a horrible CEO.

Now, he has moved out of his office and not told anyone where the new office is located - he filed a Form 15 and formally went dark.

Conversions were off the table per agreements in place.

You failed to provide simple information otherwise you would have received your 15K but you obviously wanted shares instead and now here we are.

Who's to say we haven't been telling him to drop it and move on...you're just being greedy it seems like and found a loop hole to attack the company

This is pretty amusing - you are defending the clown Schadel and chastising SM for being greedy - guess what Schadel was posting on Twitter and bragging about driving a McLaren when the company has never had a profitable quarter.

Before you post nonsense like the following: "you're just being greedy it seems like and found a loop hole to attack the company" - it is obvious you didn't read the Tailwind note - it wasn't a loophole it was what Schadel agreed to when he borrowed the money. I suggest you read the contract before calling someone greedy.

Why would anyone defend Schadel for using toxic financing to fund the company - Tailwind didn't force or coerce Schadel to sign the contract.

I have some even more bad news - if you think Prometheus was hard to deal with - SM is a walk in the park compared to the TCA loan.

You will soon see how catastrophic it is when the Kimmy and Schadel default on the TCA note.

I fully expect LTNC to file for bankruptcy.
