Over the last 6 1/2 years I have added to the list each time the SEC Suspended a stock. So, I began with one stock and ended up with 2,619....and the list will continue to grow.
There is no database for delinquent filers. Investors must research each stock before making an investment. If the stock is severely delinquent avoid that stock like the bubonic plague, because once the SEC suspends a stock for delinquent Financials the stock will be revoked in 100 % of instances.
