I'm thinking that Mr. Limpert still owns a lot of shares, that he would like to unload at some point. Maybe it will coincide with the company buying shares back as he sells out of his positions. Something like 1.50, Limpert unloads, price drops, company buys, price goes up, and....repeat.
After appropriate amount of shares are sold, then repurchased by the company, the pps will leave us behind. What do you think?
